You can guaranteed your space by pre-registering. Just fill out the registration form OR download the form HERE and email it back to us.
By submitting the form you agree that you fully understand the rules and regulations of Stratford Performing arts Academy, LLC and your children (or self) is in proper physical condition to engage in rigorous bodily movement connected with dance instruction, nor has any other physical condition which could be aggravated or re-injured through participation in dance instruction. If so, a doctor's note will be required.
